- This role will specifically support the Diabetic Retinal Screening service.
- People with Diabetes are at high risk of sight impairment, and this is the leading cause of blindness in working age adults.
- The role willinvolve arranging screening appointments for patients and
- ensuring that follow up screening is arranged to reduce the risk of blindness. It will also involve providing service reporting information to support managers with service review and working collaboratively with other members within the team to provide an excellent service to patients.
