We are looking for someone with a real interest in and knowledge of Learning and Skills Development. Someone with the ability to learn fast, adapt well, and work collaboratively.

You will have project and event management knowledge and the ability to analyse, interpret Learning and Skills data from a range of sources.
You will be involved in many of the learning and skills initiatives that are being delivered across the government. Fast paced, dynamic and varied, the role is both interesting and challenging.

Energy, self-motivation and drive and the desire to help us create a dynamic learning culture.
You will have great organisation skills and flair coupled with the ability to work under your own initiative in times of pressure and with mínimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as is being a strong team player who can hit the ground running and being confident in the efficient prioritisation of competing time critical demands.
Strong MS Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint skills are required.
You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in an operational HR role or hold a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification or equivalent, with a working knowledge of the field of learning and development.
The ability to maintain confidentiality always and in all circumstances.
