Location: Hertfordshire
Remuneration: £22,000 - £28,000 + Annual Bonus

The role of the Sales Coordinator - Timber will involve:

- Sales Coordinator position dealing with a distributed range of timber, such as pallets, trusts, joists, composite decking, timber frame, fencing etc.
- Selling into anyone that either stocks or sells wood, such as timber merchants, timber stockists, fencing companies, timber frame erectors, agricultural merchants
- Providing support to the sales teams
- Processing orders
- Liaising with the logistics department to ensure that all deliveries are accurate and met on time
- Ensuring that delivery schedules align with customer and suppliers requirements
- Handling all administrative duties efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Producing invoices, maintaining that they’re processed efficiently and correctly
- You’ll be measured on your speed with processing orders and producing invoices
- Full product training will be provided

The ideal applicant will be an Sales Coordinator - Timber with:

- Must have experience within a similar sales support role previously
- Experience within a customer service/admin would be highly beneficial
- Proactive, initiative, 'think on your feet’ approach
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Customer focused/orientated
- Strong attention to detail ability
- Highly organised with good time management and administrative skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
