**About the role**

As a Central Spares Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for spares requests made by our CFC Engineering Operations team globally. You will be tasked with owning these requests until closure in line with internal KPIs.

The role involves ensuring timely deliveries to those CFCs by expediting shipments from suppliers and co-ordinating the pick and despatch schedule with the regional stores facility, including logistic arrangements.

You will be responsible for managing Sales orders, Quotations, purchase orders, dealing with suppliers, monitoring supply and demand. There will be an expectation that you will work autonomously within established procedures, but be able to support the development of innovative solutions to complex problems / new tools.

**About you**- Previous knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures in a spares/service environment- Knowledge of an ERP system would be a distinct advantage- Use and experience of a computerised stock control system- Excellent communication skills are required at all levels; both verbally and written- High level of computer literacy including extensive knowledge of Excel and Google- Suite products such as Google Sheets- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced environment
