This market leading organisation are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their expanding team. This position would suit someone who wantsto be part of a family feel office, someone who enjoys working as part of a team, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Salary - £23,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Some of the duties will include:

- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Greeting any potential visitors into the office
- Inputting jobs onto the company database
- Allocating documentation correctly
- Booking accommodation where necessary
- Allocating paperwork correctly
- Sending out completion packs
- General office administration
- Working as part of a team, helping out where needed
- General database management
- Good communication skills on all levels
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to manage a varied workload
- A great team player
- Previous administration experience would be an advantage
- Happy to be office based
- A flexible approach to work
