OA are recruiting for an **HR Advisor** to join our client’s team on a Full or Part-Time basis in Hatfield.

This is a fantastic role within an Independent Charity, being the internal champion for improving staff wellbeing and putting EDI at the heart of the employment practices and culture. Supporting a team of 40-50 employees alongside the HR Officer and supportfrom their partnered HR Consultancy, this role offers the opportunity to support across a range of HR duties including ER, Wellbeing strategies, process implementation, recruiting, onboarding and more.

**HR Advisor** - **Job Details**:

- Full time or part time considered
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with an early finish on Friday
- £30,000 per annum, or pro-rated equivalent if part time
- Hybrid working (1-2 days working from home)

**HR Advisor** - **Main Duties**:

- Providing advice to management across a range of HR queries, including Employee Relations, best practice, recruitments and selection strategies and onboarding
- Supporting with ER Casework
- Supporting the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and attending some interviews
- Manage the DBS Checking process, ensuring risk assessments are completed where necessary
- Being the internal champion for staff wellbeing and inclusion, including leading a Staff Wellbeing Group and implementing initiatives and activities
- Maintain, develop and provide advice on a full range of benefits
- Monitoring, reviewing and providing advice on policies, procedures and best practice

**HR Advisor** - **Skills & Experience**:

- CIPD Level 5 or higher or qualified through proven experience
- Previous experience within a HR Generalist role
- Experience dealing with a range of HR issues, including disciplinaries, grievances and recruitment
- Experience of developing wellbeing and EDI/Inclusion initiatives
- Strong communication skills at all levels
