We are looking for 2 Wellbeing Workers in our Berkshire West Breathing Space team.

The role involves supporting people experiencing mental crisis or distress and providing a welcoming, safe and compassionate environment.

Breathing Space offers a supportive environment for adults seeking mental health support and guidance. Operational hours are 5pm-11pm Mondays to Sundays.

Workers will work on a rota basis to support people to devise safety plans, work on coping techniques, identify personal goals and connect people to resources in their local area.
