The role is to ensure the appropriate governance across all employment services is carried out and detailed as required.

This is a very niche role, so we will consider applicants from a variety of previous careers, as long as you have the necessary prerequisite skills, and we will provide the training for you to become competent and confident in the role.

We are hoping to find someone to split the 20 hours per week in 4 hour shift across the 5 days, Monday to Friday or 5 hour shifts across 4 days of the week.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide assistance with the Internal & External Audit Program for Employment Services
- Liaise with Employment Services operational teams on audit and schedule fieldwork dates
- Support the development of the Quality Management systems
- Raise awareness of and assist with the incident management process across Employment Service
- Support with the maintenance and completion of the Employment Services Information Asset Register
- Carry out monthly audit checks, providing feedback and producing reports, to support operational teams
- Ensure minutes of meetings are accurately recorded and distributed to meeting attendees in a timely manner
- Produce monthly reporting to be used in meetings within Employment Services and the wider business
