**The Showroom Host role**:
You will be the first point of contact for both Park’s Toyota, it is essential that you are a mindful host to our customers. As a company with Japanese origins, Toyota refers to this spirit of careful and conscientious hospitality as “Omotenashi”.
At Park’s we want every visitor to leave feeling well cared for, to achieve this you must be able to anticipate their needs and work well independently.
Finally, we would love to take someone who has a passion for Toyota and who would be keen to learn about the range of vehicles and products that Park’s has to offer.
At our core we are a family run business, so it is important to us that you are provided with all of the support and training that you need to thrive within Park’s. Our General Manager and Sales Manager will be on hand to guide you through the early stages of your time with Park’s.
**Key Highlights of the Role**:
+ Greeting visitors in the Showroom, providing an excellent level of customer service.
+ Signing in all sub-contractors.
+ Contacting the relevant staff member, introducing them to the customer and ensuring they are aware of the customer’s needs/requirements.
+ Ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times.
+ Managing day-to-day hospitality requirements and serving refreshments to customers.
+ Covering telephonists/switchboard when required, ensuring all messages are passed to the relevant party to be actioned.
+ Answering overflow calls.
+ Ensuring customer complaints are passed to the correct person.
+ Assisting with any internal or external promotional activities.
**What we are looking for**:
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Previous experience within a customer service, retail, sales or hospitality role would be a bonus
+ Someone with a passion for the Toyota brand
+ Willingness to learn more about the brand and to develop knowledge about our product range
