We are looking for project workers experienced in working with clients with mental health to support housing services in Newbury and the surrounding areas. Great rats of pay £13.45 per hour, full time part time and flexible working patterns are available. This is a highly rewarding role supporting Housing Services.

The Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help manage accommodation and assist with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

The service offers tailored accommodation and community based support for people living with mental health around West Berkshire.

The support offered includes wellbeing, daily living skills, accessing information and advice, access to education, training and work and developing support networks.

You will be required to provide support in the house and community under the supervision of permanant staff members and if you are supporting in an ongoing role you will be given a caseload to manage. The post includes key working, office based administration, supporting the rest of the team, dealing with challenging behaviour and helping with the general upkeep of the scheme.

The applicant should have experience and training in project work or support, ideally working with people with mental health.
