Health Care Assistant

* WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 1- FULL TIME for 3 night shifts (total 36hrs) and 1- BANK(0) HOUR CONTRACT HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT WHO IS FLEXIBLE TO WORK THE FOLLWOING SHIFTS 8 AM - 8PM ; 8AM-2PM ; 2PM TO 8PM ; 4PM TO 10PM & 8PM - 8AM.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Assist with mobility and transfers of patients using appropriate equipments as per the requirement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
