We are excited to have an exciting new opportunity for Mental health assistant nurse to join our team. The Nursing Assistant - Children's Mental Health Support is a key member of the direct care team who is additionally skilled in communication and therapeutic engagement with young people who have difficulties directly communicating their care needs.

The Nursing assistant mental health support is responsible for providing care and therapeutic support to patients and their families in conjunction with the Registered Nurse and directed by members of the wider multidisciplinary network, including Mental Health Practitioners from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. Training will be provided.
