Job Title: Cosmetics Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Directors to strategise and implement comprehensive Sales & Marketing plans.

Manage a diverse customer base, encompassing both wholesale and collegiate clients, to drive sales growth and enhance awareness of our product offerings and services.

Ensure seamless order processing by maintaining updated and pertinent information within our systems.

Proactively promote sales, leveraging current promotions to capitalise on upselling opportunities and maximise revenue.

Efficiently organise and execute customer visits in alignment with a structured call plan.

Introduce new product lines and promotions to all accounts, ensuring comprehensive listing and maximum visibility.

Provide accounts with essential literature and resources, such as course materials, price lists, and promotional materials, to optimise sales potential.

Identify avenues for range expansion and explore additional business opportunities within existing accounts.

Prospect and onboard new customers, effectively promoting the full spectrum of our products and services.

Address specific account requirements and preferences to deliver personalised service and support.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.

Compile detailed visit reports to track progress and inform decision-making.

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline account servicing processes and ensure timely order fulfilment in accordance with UBP policies.

Participate in company meetings and events to foster collaboration and further drive sales objectives.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

Highly motivated individual with a talent for expanding product portfolios within existing accounts.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proven negotiation and selling abilities.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Competitive spirit with a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Familiarity with databases, market statistics, and latest beauty trends and products.

Valid driver's licence with a clean record.

Proactive, energetic, and innovative mindset.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, along with 5 years of B2B sales experience.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and IT savvy.
