**Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36+4 weeks per year**

**Salary: £19,062 per annum (Full time equivalent £20,749 per annum) (Prefessional Services Grade 4) **Pay award pending**

**About the Role**

An exciting new role has arisen for a Campus Engagement Coach to work with our Level 1 students supporting them with there attendance and engagement in college which could involve 1:1 work with students or group interventions.

As an Engagement Coach you will enable and facilitate effective and efficient personalised interventions for students struggling to attend their study programme. You will help to develop interventions, strategies and action plans that will enable young people to overcome barriers to engagement and achievement enabling success in their academic outcomes and ensure progression within the college community.

The post holder will be expected to work with colleagues, teachers, college managers and other staff to improve outcomes for level 1 learners struggling to engage in college life. This will be achieved through building excellent working relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively across departments,
