**We're on the lookout for a Digital Designer to join our Marketing team on a full time, permanent basis at Virgin Experience Days.**:

**Why we want you**:
We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring our experiences to life.

**We need you to help us**:

- Create and design impactful, category-leading creative across key channels to drive engagement and performance
- Working closely with our Senior Brand Designer and the wider Marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the brand’s presence through inspiring and engaging design. You’ll support in establishing brand codes and guidelines in both the UK and our US business, Virgin Experience Gifts, and be a gatekeeper for ensuring that design language is consistent across all facets of the business

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with campaigns
- Supporting wider business needs on the delivery of creative assets, including affinity, B2B and retail partners
- Ensure all digital designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high level of visual quality and usability
- Work closely with our UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration of design and user experience
- Support in the establishment of brand codes and guidelines in both the UK and our US business, Virgin Experience Gifts
- Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and communicate progress and challenges effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and other vendors when necessary

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven design experience in a similar role
- Ability to deliver class-leading content via our websites and comms channels, to deadline
- High working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Technical understanding of image assets
- Working knowledge of video and animation
- Experience with photography a bonus
- Understanding of print production
- Self-driven, but also able to work as part of a team
- First class eye for detail and planning skills
- Strong interest in design and technology trends
