Provide technical mentorship in RF design.
Support team career growth in technical or managerial paths.
Align team efforts with best practices and strategic goals.
Skills & Experience RF design/testing across a wide frequency range.
Strong digital, analogue, and power design skills.
Proficient with RF design tools (e.g., Microwave Office).
Knowledgeable in Radio Transceiver architecture.
Skilled in design for manufacture and test.
Project management and task planning experience.
