You will take the lead in designing and delivering some of the most exciting and complex projects within the UK Defence sector.
Responsibilities Lead and guide the RF and Antenna Team in daily operations.
Manage work packages to meet project goals and timelines.
Collaborate with other Team Leads, Group Lead, and Technical Experts.
Drive the design and delivery of major UK defence projects.
Provide technical mentorship in RF design.
Support team career growth in technical or managerial paths.
Align team efforts with best practices and strategic goals.
Skills & Experience RF design/testing across a wide frequency range.
Strong digital, analogue, and power design skills.
Proficient with RF design tools (e.g., Microwave Office).
Knowledgeable in Radio Transceiver architecture.
Skilled in design for manufacture and test.
Project management and task planning experience.
