This is a really brilliant opportunity.

We're looking for a Senior Videographer to join our friendly, supportive team to lead on video and film content.

This varied role could see you doing anything from commissioning original work from agencies and freelances, to travelling to one of the 14 countries in our global network to film with everyone from the CEO to frontline teams and editing footage into compelling content.

This job is about much more than just filming and editing (though you will be highly experienced in this) it’s about leading on video strategy, managing and upskilling our junior videographer, and ensuring all Bupa’s video content reflects the latest trends in shooting and editing. It’s a great step up into a leadership role for someone with agency or in-house experience.

You’ll be a real visionary who can direct award-winning work, but who understands the varied content requirements of a large, global corporate.

A multi-talented videographer and manager, you’ll have top notch editing skills and a real desire to enhance the way we communicate via video.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Helping to develop our video strategy on all channels.
- Leading on developing and delivering our YouTube strategy.
- Leading on video production and editing within the Group external communications team.
- Strategically planning our video equipment to enable us to produce high quality shoots in house and on location - covering sound, lighting and props
- Travelling globally to film with our people, our initiatives, our senior leaders, including our CEO, and external experts
- Editing video for our social and digital channels as well as high profile events such as our AGM
- Managing our junior videographer
- Compiling and managing a database of visual freelances and agencies to develop a portfolio of suppliers.
- Developing creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for a wide range of projects across all our owned channels
- Briefing and managing video agencies and freelances.
- Managing global projects to capture and edit footage to showcase our projects and people around the world.
- Developing a video library that enables us to easily catalogue and share footage.
- Developing and maintaining a network of global and internal partners to help us create and curate video footage.
- Leading on the development of video brand guidelines and promoting them throughout our global business.
- Offering expertise on projects and deliverables with teams we work with by sharing footage and suggesting best practice technical feedback such as colour grades etc.
- Developing a video strategy that integrates with our content and social strategies.
- Supporting our social specialists to optimise the use of video across all our social channels.
- Developing an effective process to ensure video projects are properly briefed in both in house and to agencies and freelancers.
- Reporting on video performance and using these insights to improve our video content.
- Working closely with our market units and internal comms teams to ensure we are sharing video content to maximise efficiency.
- Spotting and implementing video trends and help us to build our presence and engagement on video-led social channels.
- Advising and supporting on self-filming.
- Running training and workshops to help upskill the wider team.

**You**
- An impressive portfolio that illustrates your skills in creating a variety of video content for different platforms.
- Extensive, demonstrable evidence of experience in a film and video role
- Experience in managing a team, freelancers and agencies.
- Experience gained in an agency or corporate environment is a must.
- Drone licence and ability to fly a drone is a bonus. Willingness to attain licence is a must.
- Highly skilled in video editing.
- Experience in creating and commissioning film and video content, ideally in a complex, global environment.
- Experience in directing people in front of the camera.
- Comfortable setting up and shooting in a range of locations with in-house film and video equipment.
- A creative mindset and a demonstrable passion for film / video / social media
- A collaborative team-worker, also able to achieve great results independently.
- Super well organised and able to manage competing demands and tasks.
