We are looking for an outstanding practitioner, who will have experience of working with young people who may have moderate to severe learning difficulties, social and communication learning needs and /or ASD and supporting them to gain the skills for greater independence in adulthood.

The post holder will play a key role in the development of our new provision, into its third year, as we gain DfE registration and grow our new college.

Are you:

- Positive and passionate about working with students with learning disabilities
- A good or outstanding practitioner with experience of working with students with SEND to develop employability and independence skills
- A reflective practitioner A team player who can work as part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Able to motivate and lead by example Knowledgeable about the learning needs of students with a range of barriers to overcome

Pay: £30,000.00-£41,333.00 per year
