A leading financial services business based in Edinburgh is currently looking for PA with 1-2 years experience to support a small team. The role will be busy and varied and requires someone who ideally has previous experience of working within a professional services business. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and dynamic business. The main duties of the role will include:

- Answer incoming calls
- Meet and greet clients and set up meeting rooms
- General office administration
- Diary management; arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and organising catering
- Organising travel arrangements
- Collating information and preparing agendas for meetings
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Keeping the CRM System updated.
- Regular use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint to prepare documents and keep information updated.
- Set up VC meetings
- Cover reception as needed

**Essential skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a PA or coordination role
- Experience of working within a professional services environment
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available to start work at the end of March and commit for 9-12 months.

The salary bracket for this role will be £24-26,000 per annum and interviews will be held over the next two weeks with a view to start at the end of March.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
