**About the Role**:
To develop and grow the Trading contribution and volume within your area of responsibility through account development, new business, consultative selling, customer relationship management, improving product availability and distribution whilst delivering a world class customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of channel and key customer account plans
- Achievement of targets for forecast and budget Revenue
- Delivery of forecast on time and accurately
- Collaborating with National Account Managers and Key Account Managers to achieve results
- Control of cost, pricing and trade spend
- Development of cost effective and insight driven promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and insight team
- Development of optimum range of new and core product listing in each account
- Management of call file in conjunction with the sales operations team and customer logistics ensure that key customers receive the appropriate servicing levels
- Demonstrate the Britvic DNA that delivers passion, vision, and enthusiasm to the customer
- System management
- Develop great team values and culture that improve performance

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels, and competition
- Degree in a business-related area. (Relevant experience may qualify)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Commercial awareness
- Proven Negotiation skills
- Planning and organising ability
- Strong IT skills
- Full clean driving licence is essential.
