We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, a highly successful Lettings Agent in Northampton.

**Working hours**:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full time, Monday - Friday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm with a Saturday rota of 9 am-4 pm (lieu day given)

**The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered**:

- £20,000 - £25,000 Basic
- Commission scheme with On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £33,000
- Company Pension and Company Events

**To be considered for the role you must have**:

- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Preferably Lettings but Sales background considered
- Strong Telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to close for business and work in a fast-paced environment

**As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve**:

- Registering Tenants details
- Attending Viewings
- Dealing with Offers
- Booking Valuations
- Attending Valuations if required
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
