**HOURS**:Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
To assist the category manager with the delivery of a customer focused strategy, supporting the creation of new products, factory management and comp research. To provide assistance with the strategy, including product set-up, system management and sample and wearer trial management to ensure we are in a solid position at the start of all launches and throughout the lifecycle of product.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring ranges are ready for launch by setting up products on internal systems, approving digital and physical artwork files, co-ordinating samples and assisting with research to inform the strategy.
- Track the status of orders for new, exclusive and resourced products by ensuring suppliers have updated the critical path prior to the weekly meeting, chasing up any missing information, collating updates and distributing to the wider team. Collaborate with the technologist to identify potential risks and escalate to the category manager.
- Assist the category manager with the optimisation of the supply base by ensuring samples are tracked through the development process and received on time. Ensure new suppliers are set up on the system.
- Approve bulk fabrics, trims and packaging for repeat orders.
- Recruit new wear trial participants and maintain the wear trial database, taking GDPR compliance into account.
- Create and schedule wear trial surveys and chase up any outstanding feedback from participants before filing and providing updates to the team on wear trial status and key feedback.
- Manage the distribution of sales samples and wear trial samples.
- Arrange samples for new product photography, ensuring customer requirements are captured, where applicable, and communicated to the marketing team.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events including product launches and focus groups.
- Ensure the consistent management of filing systems including, physical files, online files and samples, alongside the admin assistant.
- Monitor website product listings and update stock status accordingly, being proactive when stock runs low.
- Have a solid understanding of brand position, range architecture and product features & benefits in order to answer queries from other teams and customers.
- Build strong relationships with sales, supply chain and marketing through regular meetings and communication.
- Support the head of workwear and category manager with preparedness for meetings, including assistance with background research and the setup of necessary documents.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes in the absence of the admin assistant.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
