**Head of Ecommerce & Amazon EMEA | Beauty

I'm working exclusively on this VERY exciting role. Due to the confidential nature, I can't reveal a lot about the brand, but they are globally recognised and a big player in their category.

- This is a strategic role, where you will sit in a regional team and develop strategies across their EMEA markets, influencing each country to adopt and implement these strategies.
- There will be a heavy focus on Amazon, so you absolutely need to know your stuff on this, but it will also work across 3PL relationships and DTC.

- Genuinely fantastic brand with brilliant people.
- Based in London, with hybrid working and travel to EU offices.
- Base salary up to £110k + competitive API bonus and benefits package (will be discussed)

**You**

This is a role for someone who has a hands-on background and is keen to step into a strategic role. You'll need:

- It's imperative that you have in depth and hands on knowledge with Amazon.
- You must have come from a hands on, operational ecommerce background - you need to know how to do it
- Commercial experience - you need a proven track record in delivering substantial online growth.
- Strong leadership - you won't have any direct reports, but you will need to impact and influence 20+ people in country teams (they want someone who is going to push back and make things happen)
- Experience in owning and developing country growth - UK is a must and any other EU territories a big advantage (not just overall global growth, but really understanding these markets, customer habits etc)
- Must come from a product background - ideally beauty or fashion but FMCG or similar could be considered.
