We are now seeking a **Senior** **Customer Services Assistant **with excellent organization and communication skillsto join our head office team.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 0900 / 1700 with 1 hour lunch-break.

Typical activities in the role will include:

- Answering incoming calls and taking appropriate action for each call
- Be the first point of contact for customer orders and queries for both external and internal customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Update and review team procedures
- Take payments for cash and pro forma orders
- Accepting and checking internal stock deliveries (some lifting involved)
- Sending out samples to customers and prospects
- Outbound calling to existing customers to make them aware of new products and deals
- Upselling and Cross selling where appropriate
- Carrying out various associated administrative tasks as and when required
- Deputising for the Manager in their absence
- Transferring data using Microsoft Excel, interpreting information, creating reports and providing analysis of sales to the Manager. Therefore, a thorough knowledge of and experience in working with Excel is essential for this role.
- Prioritising and allocating workload for the Customer Service Team
- Quality checking orders within the team
- Communicating with other internal teams
- Building relationships with Sales colleagues

Initial interviews will be via Indeed Video software/Teams/Zoom to suit

Global Brands manages all its recruitment processes internally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
