We are looking for a **Financial Services Specialist** to join their team based in Gaydon, Warwickshire (you will like the products that they engineer) - its an exciting place to work offering the flexibility of a hybrid working scenario anda half day on a Friday

**_The majority of this role will be home based if you like or if you like going into the office that’s fine too _**

**About the Role**:
The role is to support the global development of the companies Financial Services through supporting residual value management, provision of meaningful reporting, leading the digitization of services and working with partners to improve processes and customerled outcomes.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the residual value relationships in the UK with CAP and Alphera, including used car sales analysis and the controlled provision of data to those partners along with residual value analysis to the regional and central Commercial teams;
- Provide analysis and insight to the product team in relation to the effect of new models and options;
- Project manage the digital marketing and digitization of customer facing FS processes;
- Provision of monthly performance reporting at regional and global levels;
- Manage the finance partners in required markets as requested including any indirect management of partners dealer facing teams.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Proven understanding of the sales process within a dealership for new and used cars;
- Proven ability to gather and analyse significant amounts of data and clearly communicate the findings;
- Ability to manage projects directly or indirectly

OR
- Recent Graduate with a relevant degree - Maths, Statistics, Business Studies, Economics etc.
