**Commercial Finance Manager - 2nd mover from Practice**
**Chester**
**£65K - £70K**

An established business based in Chester is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the growing business.

This business is looking for a 2nd mover from Practice to join the high-growth business as Commercial Finance Business Partner to help shape that growth.
You will be partnering with multiple, senior stakeholders to provide commercial challenge, insight and support as well as supporting delivery of the annual budget and re-forecasts.
Challenging budget holders to deliver against annual plans and forecasts and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to plan.

**As Commercial Finance Manager you will be involved in**:

- Provide commercial analysis and challenge to all areas of the business
- Business partner with the Operational teams to provide commercial challenge and insight through analysis
- Develop and maintain appropriate operational KPIs; use this information to challenge the business to continuously improve
- Support business decisions through the provision of accurate and timely information / analysis
- Support and develop both the finance and wider business teams
- Maintain rolling P&L and cash flow forecast
- Support delivery of quarterly reforecasts and the annual budget
- Prepare relevant supplementary schedules and analysis for monthly reporting / board packs
- Challenge budget holders to deliver against annual plans and forecasts
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc management reporting
- Proactively improve reporting and finance functionality
- Qualified Accountant; ACA, ACCA
- Ideally have qualified in Practice.
- Experience of working with cross functional / non-finance teams
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent influencing skills
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to adapt to change
- Proactive approach
