General description of your role: Manage and Coordinate the Examination function, ensuring compliance with the SR Apprenticeship Policies and Procedures, JCQ and the Awarding Body requirements. Leading on and coordinating learners on their End Point Assessment Process (EPA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all learners are registered in a timely manner and systems updated with registration details
- Accurately book learner exams with the Awarding Organisation and sending out diary invites and information to all parties
- Coordinator and manage a team of Invigilators including diaries and examination materials
- Receive and store examination papers, ensuring the safe confidential storage of all examination material
- Distribution of certificates to learners and/or employers
- Process certificates claims with the appropriate Awarding Organisation and update PICs accordingly
- Ensure the PICs system is kept accurate at all times
- Communicate both exam and End Point Assessment results to the Skills Coaches/Tutors with the relevant feedback
- To maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of Awarding Organisations regulations and procedures, and to ensure all other appropriate colleagues are kept up to date with these as appropriate
- Send out weekly reports to track the learners EPA progress
- Invigilation of exams where needed
- Closing down qualifications on PICs once completed
- Acting as the lead contact for all incoming End Point Assessment related queries (internal and external)
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all End Point Assessment Organisations including updating the EPAO platforms with the relevant documentation, payments and associated administration, apprentice registration and referrals for EPA
- Liaise with employers and apprentices on assessment dates and communicate all results
- Work effectively with teams across the business to ensure a smooth learner journey

**You will**:

- Be highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and patient
- An excellent communicator
- Have the ability to provide effective feedback
- Have good administrative skills, be flexible, adaptable and be able to cope under pressure
- Have 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Take part in regular CPD activities

**You will receive**:

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
