General Assistant - Nights - Stafford

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

Hours: 11:00pm-4:00am days vary

Are you an animal lover? Are you passionate about the welfare of animals? Maybe you even have pets of your own at home

Our client is a very popular and reputable business, well known for providing products at a high standard for our playful pets, such as food and food accessories, beds, toys, treats, medication and also top quality advice on how to care for our little companions.

We are looking for a General Assistant for our clients on-site canteen, to assist in delivering outstanding customer service and dinners to our animal loving staff on site.

Your role as a General Assistant may include:

- To handle cash and card payments on site
- To build up a rapport with your fellow colleagues
- Assisting in the preparation of food under the guidance of a Chef
- Dealing with stock deliveries
- Pot washing and ensuring tables are clean for staff
- Has worked in a general assistant previously
- Has the ability to build up good relationships with colleagues
- Can communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Can understand and adhere to health and safety procedures
