As a Technical Bid Writer, you are a poised and self-motivated person with the ability to innovate. You are able to work with others to understand, develop, and harness the knowledge and best practice both within and outside of the business. You thrive on challenges. Actively commanding the technical submission requirements, you will manage the interface and engagement with the operational leads relevant to the opportunity.

You're not the type to underestimate the importance of technical bid writing and how it influences our ability to win new work. The role is not just a bid writer position; it is a technical role which will include writing case studies and content for our website. In this role, you will be organised, have high attention to detail, and be able to manage conflicting demands when workload presents itself. This role is engaging and empowering people to reach their full potential.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a assured and self-motivated professional with the ability to innovate. You must be able to work with others to understand, develop, and harness the knowledge and best practice both within and outside of the business. Working with a team, you will be responsible for being the main interface for our technical submissions associated with any tenders and bids.

As our next Technical Bid Writer, you’ll be driving improvements in the company’s ability to win work. You will be the main interface for technical submissions associated with tenders and bids. Enhancing the current major projects tendering process is crucial to your success in this role. You will be engaging and empowering people within the business to achieve greater success in bidding for new projects.

Morrison Water Services part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. **The Key Requirements...**
- This person must have effective communication skills both written and verbal
- You must have a proven track record in a technical bid writer position
- Experience working within construction or utilities would be advantageous
