**The Role Unveiled**
Join us as a Bid Writer, a pivotal role reporting directly to the SVP - New Business Development. You'll craft compelling proposals, collaborating with our Sales team to captivate clients and drive business growth. Your expertise will shine as you translate complex information into impactful narratives, strategically positioning us as the top choice in competitive markets.

We're seeking a dynamic bid Writer who thrives on winning tenders and wants to accelerate their career. If you're a team player with a winning mentality, ready to craft tailored responses and excel both independently and collaboratively, we'd love to have you on board

This role is primarily remote, however as and when required you will be expected to attend our Leeds office.

**Your Role in Action**
As a Bid Writer, you're the architect of persuasive narratives that shape our success. Your mission? Crafting winning proposals that captivate and elevate our business. From diving into the core of our solutions to strategically positioning us as the preferred choice, your role is instrumental in driving our growth. Collaborating with the SVP of New Business Development and Bid Team Lead, you will:

- Write high-quality responses to agreed deadlines for submission in public sector tenders, focusing on NHS, Local Authorities, and Central Government opportunities.
- Edit responses following review, ensuring final versions have been closely proofread.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of competitive tenders.
- Ensure proposals meet tender and compliance requirements, quality standards, and align with company values.
- Collaborate with bid, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop competitive proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, public sector procurement, and best practices.
- Maintain and contribute to a winning bid library for easy access to current and relevant content.
- Support on creating bid strategies and honing our proposal-writing processes.

- Extensive public sector tender writing expertise.
- Proven success in securing public sector contracts.
- Preferably certified by APMP, but not essential.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UK public sector procurement.
- Strong time management and organisational skills for multitasking.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork.
- Thrives under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal writing software.
