Business Support Officer, Band 3, two years fixed term,
Covering both Swanswell Point and Tile Hill Health Centre, Coventry
Base TBC
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We are seeking an organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook to provide effective administrative and information support to Clinical Team Managers on a daily basis.

The post holder will need to work on own initiative, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, confident in problem solving and making informed decisions, attention to detail and effectively recording accurate data in a timely manner is a key requisite of this post.

The post will be varied and include, diary management, organise and coordinate routine/urgent meetings, room bookings, minute taking, managing the recruitment process via TRAC, organising and recording supervision/PDR meetings and updating ESR, maintaining e-roster with annual leave requests, sickness reporting etc.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in the use of Microsoft word/outlook and experienced in using Excel spreadsheets will also be an advantage. Being able to demonstrate proficient use of TRAC and ESR/e-roster systems will be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
Although the Business Support Officer post will be part of the overall admin team with base to be confirmed within the Locality, they will have limited patient access and dedicated to the requirements of the Clinical Team Managers on a day-to-day basis, but line managed by the Admin Team Co-ordinator, who will provide training, supervision and appraisal reviews.
This role requires you to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services and we are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change and supportive of service improvements.
