Reed Coventry and Leamington are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our well established and successful team.

This role will be working from our Coventry City centre office, which has a highly competitive and friendly atmosphere and also offering flexibility around work hours and working from home. Coventry is the City of culture 2021 and a fantastic place to deliverand be a highly accomplished recruitment consultant.

The already successful team in Coventry cover all recruitment within Accountancy, Finance, HR, Business support and Engineering. The recruitment consultant we are looking to appoint for this role will be focused on allrecruitment within Business Support inand around Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon and Banbury.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a professional and driven individual and we would consider someone without any previous recruitment background or an experienced recruiter.

The role is a fast paced environment and will require excellent organisation skills and professionalism. This 360 role includes both the sales and service aspects and some duties include:
Identifying and generating a pipeline of business within your vertical and market
Negotiation
Resourcing job vacancies
Hitting KPIs
Writing job specifications
Maintaining and developing a high quality database.

To succeed in the role you will need sales ability, tenacity and be driven with a strong work ethic. Most of the role of a consultant will be on the phone so you will need good communication skills and confidence to deliver quality service at all times.
