**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity
We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join the Product and Commercial function.
Product and Commercial play a pivotal role to the Society’s success by managing all activities relating to product and propositional performance and the delivery of the commercial plan.
As a Product Coordinator you will play a key role within this team, working closely with Product Managers to deliver our mortgage product range to our members and brokers, whilst ensuring good outcomes are delivered for both our members and the Society.
The role is responsible for coordinating the mortgage product information from set up through to maturity, giving you the opportunity to build your network of internal and external key stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to develop and gain an understanding of our member needs, the market and competitors.
**This role is based in our office at Cobalt Business Park, and as we are back in the office we will be operating a hybrid approach, with a mixture of office-based and home working, therefore a commutable distance will need to be considered.**
**About You**
You will be experienced in a similar role or are able to evidence transferable skills from past experience.
You will have attention to detail and effective time management as well as the ability to multi task and prioritise to support your team deliverables.
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Working within a financial environment, preferably within the lending sector
- Knowledge of mortgages products/market
- Effective time management and prioritisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working as part of a team
- Effective communication skills across various channels
