The Support team provide first class customer care and administration services for Advisers and their Customers. Newcastle Financial Advisers is a growing business, which will provide fantastic development opportunities.

The role is 35hrs full time, Monday to Friday.

We have 2x roles available, 1 x permanent role and 1 x family leave cover.

**About You**

We’d love to add a new colleague to the team who has a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and has the ability to build a good rapport with internal and external customers.

As a natural team player, you will enjoy working closely with your colleagues, ensuring as a team, that you deliver an outstanding customer experience. Likewise you’ll be comfortable working independently.

We understand you may not have worked in financial services although Financial Services experience is preferred and any industry qualifications are advantageous although not essential.

The desire to learn and develop new skills will be important to us as you flourish in your new role. However we encourage you in being proactive in bringing forward new ideas to improve operating efficiencies

Good time management skills are essential, along with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

You’ll have the ability to multi-task, collaborate effectively and manage a high volume of work and have experience with inbound and outbound calls. Strong listening skills and the ability to empathise are equally as important.
