**Receptionist / Administration Coordinator**

This role is offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, with an interest in the construction sector. This is an all-rounder role, supporting many different aspects of the business and contributing towards the smooth running of the customer journey.

Not to mention an early finish on Fridays

**THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Building positive, professional relationships with site managers and buyers
- Communicating with sites to provide technical support
- Liaising with customers around delivery dates, and managing expectations
- Maintaining customer records, including logging enquiries and updating customer records
- Running delivery tickets and scanning in Proof of deliveries
- Providing proactive support to the Design Team
- Booking in enquiries

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Experience in administrational role
- Great team player as well as working well independently
- Highly effective communicator when dealing with customers
- Attention to detail with a careful organised approach
- Proficient IT skills
- Desire to progress and develop
- Positive can-do attitude

**Full training will be provided**

**Ilkeston, DE7 based**

**37.5 hours p/w - Finishing 2:30pm on a Friday**

**Up to £19k**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £19,000.00 per year
