Receptionist - Nights

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full or Part Time Receptionist at Ashmere Derbyshire Ltd’s brand new home Heanor Park Care Home.

Heanor Park is a 60 bedded Residential home consisting of residential rooms, dementia households and serviced apartments. Situated overlooking Heanor Memorial Park, it is easily accessible from both Ripley and Codnor areas as well as the Erewash district.

We are looking for someone to join our team working 3 out of 4 Saturday nights (working either 10pm - 7am or 7pm - 7am). There will also be the opportunity to pick up shifts to cover busy periods, holidays and sickness so flexibility is required.

Your main responsibilities will be to meet and greet visitors into to the home and to answer calls coming into the home and general administration for the home as requested by the home management team.

You will be required to liaise with both residents and relatives as well as dealing with queries from Doctors surgeries and other health professionals.

You will be expected to deal with calls regarding enquires about the home and be confident in conducting show-rounds of the home to potential residents and their families.

We are looking for someone with customer facing experience and who has a passion for providing an excellent service, is highly organised and looking for a challenge in a busy role.
