**Sales Accounts Manager**

**Start**: January 2023 onwards

**Location**: North of Cambridge

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday - full time office based

**Salary**: £27,000 - £33,000 depending on your experience

**Benefits**: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, salary sacrifice pension (2% employee and 5% employer), private health cover after a successful 3-month probation period, Christmas closure and Christmas party

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements
- Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks
- Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner
- Monitor the sales metrics regularly
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Keep records of client transactions
- Carry out general administration tasks

**What you will need**:

- Experience of using CRM and MRP systems is desirable
- Export control experience would be beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Proactive and flexible worker
