**Hours**: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm (smart wear), Friday 8:30am to 4pm (dress down Friday). 30 Minute lunch break.

**Brief description of the role**

Are you looking to take your first step into Administration and have an ambition to develop a career within the sector? The position requires somebody who is friendly, energetic, a good team player and most importantly, focused on career progression and personal development. We believe strongly in developing all members of the team and throughout your apprenticeship journey, you will have the full support of the Furniture Link team. We’re a really friendly team and we’re looking forward to supporting the next Business Administration apprentice, could this be you?

**Key responsibilities**
- Act as a liaison between clients/customers, coordinating schedules, appointments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Scheduling and Rostering: Manage the scheduling and rostering of staff, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to meet client needs and preferences.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, staff, professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, scheduling details, and communication logs, using electronic systems or databases.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing the provision of care services, including safeguarding and data protection requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges related to business coordination promptly, working collaboratively with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to care coordination, client management, and administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the team, including managers, customers, and administrative staff, to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.

You will also have the opportunity to support other departments within the business and provide administrative support as and when required.

**What opportunities exist for the Apprentice after their complete their Apprenticeship**

We want to develop and maintain our apprentices with the business. At the end of the apprenticeship there will be the opportunity for your role to become permanent within the business and to play a key role to its continued success.
