We are looking for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic trainer to join our innovative Epic Training team.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team member who can adapt to this fast-paced and broad role. Applicants will require strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and adjust priorities quickly to the rapidly changing needs of a large teaching hospital.

As a Principal Trainer, you will design and deliver Epic training to staff across all professions. A good understanding of key clinical workflows and terminology is therefore required, with clinical experience desirable. You will lead on the design and delivery of allocated Epic training courses; help create Epic eLearning; assist with quality improvement projects relating to Epic design and implementation; work closely with specialist leads and educators, and be part of the Epic super-user community we have here at UCLH. As part of this role, you will also need to undertake and complete a formal Epic qualification.
