Digital Transformation Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Training Lead to join our team at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our Change Management, Communications and Training workstream, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
Job Summary:The Digital Transformation Training Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive training strategy to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues across multiple sites and specialties. This will involve working closely with key business subject matter experts and project team members to influence and execute a training plan that ensures the successful adoption of new business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a training strategy to meet the needs of the EHR workstreams for implementation.
- Lead the Education and Training team within the Change Management, Communications and Training workstream, ensuring floor walkers and trainers are resourced appropriately and clear on their responsibilities.
- Advocate for quality EHR education across the organisation through establishing a visible profile for the programme, ensuring colleagues are aware and take advantage of education opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify the quantity of floor walkers, where they are required and understand their training needs.
- Responsible for the onboarding and performance management of trainers and floor walkers, developing a bespoke induction, ensuring effective 'train the trainer' is delivered.
- Responsible for the consistent review of effectiveness of the education/training, identifying gaps in training using feedback to refine and adapt training to increase effectiveness.
- Experience leading an end-to-end training strategy.
- Managing a team of trainers to ensure the training for the organisation is being delivered effectively.
- Strong experience of a variety of training approaches, methods of delivery and leveraging learning technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships to ensure the training is fully utilised within all areas of the business.
