Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Payroll Associate for a role near Stirling. The role is paying between £26,000 - £29,000 with additional benefits.

**The Role**
The role will report into the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for in excess of 1,000 employees. Moreover, the successful individual will also be involved in assisting with the streamliningof payroll systems and processes.

The role would ideally suit an individual with aspirations to become Payroll Manager within the next few years.
**On Offer**
The role of Payroll Associate is offering a salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum with a benefits package to compliment, the opportunity to have an outlined development plan towards working to becoming a Payroll Manager in 12-24 months.
You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

- Reporting to Payroll Manager
- Assisting with monthly payrolls
- Assisting with payroll legislation - RTI, auto enrolment, PAYE, SSP, holiday pay, pensions etc.
- Maintaining the company database including processing starters and leavers
- Dealing with internal queries and questions from employees on payroll related matters
- Ability to liaise with external partners - HMRC, DWP etc.
- Periodic and ad hoc reporting
- Ensuring systems/processes are constantly analysed and updated
- Adhoc duties

To be considered for this role you must:

- A minimum of 2 years+ practical payroll experience
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to speak to lay people
