**Your new company**
Hays are currently recruiting for a number of Support Worker for waking night schemes, throughout the Stoke on Trent area.
**Your new role**
Your new role will be acting as Support Worker for the service. You will be expected to be proactive in completing safe and well checks on customers, to ensure there are no safeguarding issues. Furthermore, you will be first point of contact for any of thecustomers and helping to promote independent living. You will escalate any safeguarding risks as appropriate and ensure the safety of the building.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience working with customers with complex needs and be available for night shifts.
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will receive a temporary ongoing contact with a competitive rate of pay.
