An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join an established business suppling retailers with power tools and accessories to professional trades people.

With digital sales having doubled in the past two years, and expansion plans underway this new role requires experience working with dedicated accounts, sales administration and online ordering.

**The Role**:

- Dealing with Online Order processing across a wide range of countries
- Support with Online orders
- Handling complaints
- Creating weekly sales reports
- Using MS Excel to upload orders

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED **
- Experience with E-Commerce desirable
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Hands-on
