**Job Description**:
As an Office Administrator at H Specialist Cars, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our administrative activities are executed smoothly and effectively. Your support will span across our sales, service, and management departments, helping to maintain an organized and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure confidentiality and ease of access to sensitive information.
- Assist in the coordination of staff and company events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Handle mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory, keeping the office well-stocked and organized.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure that all transactions are invoiced and paid on time.
- Support the sales team with document preparation related to car sales and registrations.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR tasks as required.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and efficient, reflecting the high standards of H Specialist Cars.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
