We currently have an excellent opportunity as a **Customer Service Administrator** to join our busy team working in Bournemouth. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis**, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £23,683 per annum**.

**About the role**:
Pennon Water Services (PWS) is the water retailer for non-household customers of Bournemouth Water and South West Water. PWS incorporates Aquacare, a water hygiene specialist to offer our customers Value Added Services (VAS) making PWS stand out from competitors in the market. We specialise in legionella control and commercial water cleaning and management services.

The Customer Service Administrator role is a key position in ensuring that Aquacare achieves the efficient and effective administration of the Company, helping to ensure the business achieves its sales turnover, and to achieving pre-set gross profit targets by ensuring that the tasks given are carried out in an orderly and professional manner.

What you’ll be doing:

- Liaising with existing clients to schedule site visits and ensuring service schedules are adhered to and maintained. Dealing with customer queries and ensuring full resolution in a timely manner.
- Supporting the diary management for the Operations team, when necessary, to ensure that all engineers scheduling and forward planning is kept up-to-date.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to both members of the Company and customers
- Maintaining the customer database in an organised and efficient manner.
- Identifying opportunities with existing customers. Handling new enquiries and new customer business development through follow up of leads/quotations.
- Monitor the completion and approval of customer orders

What we are looking for:

- Educated to NVQ Level 2 in admin or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience of working in a customer service and/or administration department
- Confidence dealing with internal and external contacts
- Excellent organization and efficiency skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
