**The Role**:
As part of the proposals team, you will be responsible for the daily inputting of all new manual proposals and proposal amendment requests in a timely and efficient manner, whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of service to our brokers.

The role will involve, but not be limited to, you performing the following:

- Working the proposals inbox, liaising with brokers about amendments or information requests
- Inputting proposals onto the system in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support to our Introducers, Credit team, Sales, Sales Support and New Business Originations to ensure that the proposals procedure is being carried out efficiently whilst maintaining quality
- Share cross training feedback to build knowledge and enhance the services provided
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure decisions are made in a timely fashion

Please Note: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
