- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Issuing stationery and record the quantity taken for recording and historical data purposes
- Time & Attendance Consolidation: Checking each individual’s hours/ flexi/ AL/ core hours/ OT etc. SMART Attendance Management System: Running various reports, completing new starter forms for permanent and Agency colleagues, forwarding and/or dealing with queries, providing assistance
- Managing the loaning of projectors, HDMI leads/ adapters etc., ensuring they are signed out to the relevant individual with a signature and ensuring that it gets returned - all of this needs to be recorded and when the registers are full they need to be replenished
- Stationery Stock Control and updating the stock quantity sheets for the new week
- Expenses Sheet: Inputting information onto document when not completed by the individual who has put in a request for hotels, car hire, flights etc., for approval
Raising Car Hire Bookings, PO Requests, Hotel Bookings via our Booking Agent
- Notice board maintenance
- Payslips: Sorting, counting and distribution of payslips

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Comprehensive IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Previous administration / customer service experience
- Approachable with a positive attitude
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Resilient, flexible and able to managing changing priorities
