The position offers hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in office), 28 days annual leave and lots of other benefits alongside joining a well known company in an important position, within a fast growing team

**Must be a UK national to meet requirements for UK SC security clearance (no dual nationals)**

This position would suit anyone with a great eye for detail and an enthusiastic personality.

**Security Vetting Administrator Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage aftercare requirements for staff and member companies holding Security Clearances.
- Maintain all Security Clearance records for sponsored individuals and companies.
- Manage requests for confirmation of vetting status and overseas visits.
- Work with and support the Security Controller & Security Vetting Team liaising with National Security.
- Ensure all Security Clearance requests are processed in a timely way, in accordance with the timelines.
- Maintain accurate records on the database and website.
- Assist with the issuing of invoices for the relevant services.
- Compile routine management reports on the status of personnel within the vetting process.
- Respond to queries from member companies and staff.

**Security Vetting Administrator Skills**:

- Mandatory: UK citizen and must be willing to undergo checks to Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
- Experience in an office-based administration/coordination role.
- Experience in dealing with personal and sensitive information.
- Experience in dealing with high volume requests.
- Proficient user of standard Microsoft Office products (training will be provided for the in-house database).
- Attention to detail, methodological and organised.
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work independently.
