We are going through a period of growth and expansion within our Secure Sector and are currently seeking a Security Specialist.

Join Vodafone Secure Sector for Vodafone UK and be heavily embedded in providing world-class Secure Solutions for our Enterprise clients. As we strive to keep ourselves ahead of the game and the threats, you will lead the way in Telecommunications and work with the latest technologies.

What will you be doing?
- Undertake daily checks (Mon-Fri) of physical security measures within VBSE including Physical Alarm systems, Access Control and CCTV.
- Co-ordinate ITHC and Physical Security audits/PPM’s and repair and escort or arrange escorts for 3rd party suppliers/contractors as necessary.
- Support the Security Manager with bids, writing security narrative within bids, displaying VBSE’s security credentials in the best possible light and assisting the VBSE sales teams translate customer security requirements into outcomes.
- Complete security audits, write, review and ensure relevant security policies and procedures are updated and current in line with ISO27001
- Support the Security Manager with oversight, definition and measurement of technical security controls within the department.

Who are we looking for?
- HMG Security Policy Framework and ISO27001/ISO27002 awareness
- Experience in physical security monitoring centres or alarm installation and maintenance companies
- Experience of telecommunications technology and services.
- Ability to hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.

*Must have or be able to obtain DV Clearance*
