The School of Medicine is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to join the existing, high calibre, School of Medicine Teaching Support Team.

The successful applicant will be able to work efficiently across a multi-functional team and be a demonstrated team player, capable of prioritising the demands of multiple concurrent workstreams.

The role will provide coordination and support to several key components of undergraduate medical teaching and require the ability to use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (in particular Word and Excel) to a high standard; in addition to being comfortable in a customer facing role, dealing with staff and student enquiries. This is a full-time position.
